We accept returns on products within a 14 day return period from the original purchase date with a 20% restocking fee provided that the product is unopened, unused and in the original packaging. If the product is defective, it will be replaced with a like or similar product to that originally purchased. All returns must have a return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) clearly Labeled on return box. Please call for (RMA) before returning any purchases as no returns will be accepted without an (RMA). Shipping and handling fees are not refundable and are, along with restock fees to be deducted from credit card on file. When damage or loss occurs on freight or express shipments, please make claim against carrier. On UPS shipments, report loss or damage to us.
